Course Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy 

 

More than 7 days before your course

 

You may choose to:
 

• Reschedule

• Receive a credit voucher for the same course valid for up to 3 years

• Receive a credit voucher to be used on other courses or tours valid for up to 3 years

• Request a refund (FareHarbor booking fees are charged by the booking platform and are not refundable.)

 

A $23 booking and administration fee applies, which will be payable at the time of rescheduling, or deducted from credit vouchers, and refunds.

For courses where eLearning or materials have been issued, a $200 materials fee will be deducted when selecting the option of a credit voucher to be used on other courses or tours, and refunds.

Between 7 days and 72 hours before your course

Within 72 hours of your course 

(including illness, medical unsuitability, travel delays, or personal circumstances)

Dive Medicals

 

We strongly recommend completing your Diver Medical Participant Questionnaire well in advance of your course, and obtaining travel insurance to cover unexpected illness or medical issues. 

​

This Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy applies to all dive medical outcomes, including the timing windows, options offered and, applicable fees.

​

Weather, Operational Changes & Minimum Numbers

​

Some courses require a minimum number of guests. If minimum numbers aren’t met, we may need to cancel or reschedule your tour. A private‑course option may also be available by covering the remaining places if you would like the course to run regardless.

​

If Dive Eden cancels your course due to weather, operational reasons, or minimum numbers not being met, you may choose to:

No shows and late arrivals

 

Guests who do not attend, or who arrive too late to participate, will be treated as a no-show. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided.

Course Price Increases

 

If course prices have increased at the time of re booking, the updated price will apply, and the difference will be payable by the customer.
