Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or sale events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated if there are delays.

​Shipping Within Australia​

 

​We ship Australia‑wide using trusted carriers. Shipping rates are included in your order.

​

​Estimated delivery timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

 

Remote or regional areas may take a little longer.

​International Shipping

 

​International shipping is not available.

 

​Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

 

​Click & Collect (Local Pickup)

Local customers can choose free pickup from Dive Eden. We’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.

 

​Lost or Damaged Parcels

 

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.

 

​Incorrect Address

 

Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout. Dive Eden is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
