REFUNDS & RETURNS

 

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Postage for change‑of‑mind returns and exchanges is covered by the customer.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover return postage and provide a replacement or refund in line with NSW consumer law.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on snorkels, mouthpieces, used masks, or items showing signs of wear or water exposure.
